New series of waterproof and moisture permeability membrane for fabric lamination

When talking about waterproof and moisture permeability membranes , TPU /PU /PTFE membranes are mostly mentioned and widely used . While with the chasing of green and sustainable development , and also higher request of waterproofness and moisture permeability ,more new series of membranes are developed to match market development .

Nanxiong Polymer keeps on moving and developing , we will have new series of membrane on as following :

TPEE membrane is also called polyester membrane , or PES membrane in short . Except for its good RET or high moisture permeability , but also good temperature resistance , the key concept is that when laminated with polyester fabric , it will be recycled directly instead of separating the membrane from fabric , so it can reach GRS standard .

Besides , there will be two different ways of recycling , one is called physical recycling , that means the leftovers will be reused to reduce resource waste, and leftovers generated during production will be refined and resued to achieve sustainable and renewable goals . The leftovers are clean and pure, and can be recycled and granulated by the factory designated by GRS accociate, and reprocessed into film, which not only maintains the original waterproof and breathable properties, but also meets the GRS standards. GRS 50%，75%，100% are available，which can meet different request of different clients .

One is chemical recycling, also called PET Biological enzyme recycling , Waste polyester fabric, with a polyester content of 80%, can be depolymerized using this enzymatic method, with which low energy consumption and carbon emissions at room temperature and pressure, thus achieving the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction , The regeneration ratio is as high as 25%, which meets the GRS standard and achieves full industry chain traceability .

2. 2. bio-based TPEE membrane

With biomass extracted industrial corn , bio-based TPEE particles can be made into TPEE membrane , combining its waterproofness and moisture permeability , but also can reduce carbon emission and energy saving , which meet the goal of sustainability and green development .

3. 3. TPAE membrane

TPAE ，short  of Thermoplastic Polyamide Elastomer, TPAE membrane , also called nylon membrane , is mainly made of  nylon base  material. It is a kind of non-porous hydrophilic film, it is waterproof and moisture-permeable, with good corrosion resistance to most chemicals, it is recyclable, and is an environmentally friendly film.

When combined with nylon fabric to form a single common material , homogenized products, more convenient for recycling and reuse , the recycled products can be made into other plastic injection products after crushing, compounding and granulation.

4. 4. PP micro porous membrane

PP membrane is a kind of micro porous film ,with billions of micro pores per square inch , can make air go through while water and other particles can not . With simple gradients, and without any DMF and PFAS free , it is used to replace of PTFE mono film and PU membrane .

5. 5. Deodorizing TPU membrane

Deodorizing TPU membrane is a TPU membrane with deodorizing additive , which can make the sweat and moisture expelled by the human body pass through the membrane,  neutralizing different acidity and alkalinity odor molecules ,while the water vapor can still be expelled through the film, achieving odor elimination and moisture permeability effects. It is can reduce the odors of excretion and sweat odor , old man's taste and  stinky eggs, bad breath, cigarette odor, pets etc. It can be used for outdoor garment , bedding sheet or pets products .
