New green material –bio-based TPAE membrane
TPAE , short for Thermoplastic Polyamide Elastomer , is a kind of green material with strong tensile strength and extension ,with good temperature resistance , anti-oil , anti-solvent , and with good abrasion resistance , while it is still very soft .
With these excellent properties , TPAE particles was made into TPAE membrane via special procedure such as casting , calendering ,blowing etc . It is a kind of non-porous membrane ,except keeping the raw material’s excellent properties such as good tensile strength and wider temperature resistance , but also with excellent waterproof and super high moisture permeability , and when laminated with nylon fabric , there is no need to separate the membrane from the lamination , it is kind of green membrane and can be recycled .
To reduce the reliance on petrol chemical to achieve the goal of environment protection , Nanxiong keep on researching and trying , finally biomass extruded from nonfood castor was added into TPAE , and then made into nylon membrane , which can reduce carbon release by 40% , and this castor is nonfood , there is no competition between human and plant .
Now more and more clients use it to replace of ordinary TPAE membrane , especially for those industries with high quality demanded such as high waterproof and excellent moisture permeability .
