PP micro porous film to replace of PTFE membrane and PU micro porous membrane
PP, short of Polypropylene, via special processing , PP material was made into micro porous film with billions of micropores per square inch, the diameter is about 0.02 microns, so it can make moisture vapors and air penetrate , but can protest again wate.
Compared to other micro porous membranes such as PTFE membrane and PU micro porous membrane , PP membrane features as following :
Microporous Structure: excellent air and moisture vapor permeability , but good waterproofness
Lightweight: low density , so It is lightweight, which makes it suitable for applications where weight is a concern.
Chemical Resistance: PP micro porous film is resistant to many chemicals, making it suitable for applications where exposure to chemicals is expected.
Breathability: The microporous structure allows air and moisture vapor to pass through, making it suitable for applications where breathability is important, such as in medical or hygiene products , outdoor garments etc.
Green and eco-friendly : Hydrocarbon molecular structure, simple ingredients, water and carbon dioxide was produced when burning, green and environmentally friendly, reused and recycled . No resolvent during processing , there is no DMF , PFOA/PFOS , it is a kind of green material .
