TPU, abbreviation of thermoplastic polyurethane, is an environmentally friendly material, it has good performance of elasticity , resistance to oil ,grease , abrasion and so on , TPU polymers meet the most demanding extrusion, injection molding and calendering requirements , it can be made to TPU film , which is also eco-friendly , and with good moisture permeability and water resistance .
Most of TPU film produced by Nanxiong have got authorization certificates including :
OEKO-TEX --- the inspection is made according to STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX, Annex 6, product class I, it means the goods meet the human-ecological requirements of the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX presently established in Annex 6 for baby articles, it fulfills requirements of Annex XVIl of REACH (incl, the use of azo colourants, nickel release, etc.), and the Chinese standard GB 18401:2010 .
GRS (Global Recycled Standard ) ---- GRS covers four main requirements including Traceability, Environment , Social Criteria , and Chemical Management , Once recycled material in product reaches over 20%, GRS certification can be applied, and when the recycled material ratio reaches more than 50%, the GRS label can be used.
